Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must:

• Have a strong sales background or a combination of junior sales experience with technical experience (e.g., car painting or panelbeating).
  
• Be a confident communicator who can build lasting relationships with clients.
  
• Hold a Clean Full New Zealand Driver’s Licence.
  
• Be eligible to work in New Zealand (NZ residents or valid work visa holders only).
  
• Be self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities across your territory.
  
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing clients, consistently meeting their needs.
  
• Order Processing: Handle the ordering of paints and ensure timely delivery and service.
  
• Territory Management: Travel throughout the assigned area, including Warkworth to Pukekohe, representing the company and maintaining visibility with clients.
