Job Requirements
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- A positive, customer-focused attitude
- Retail or store experience (preferred but not required)
- Willingness to learn about paint products and applications
- Ability to lift and carry paint tins (some heavy lifting involved)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
As a Store Person, your daily duties will include:
- Assisting customers with product enquiries and paint-related advice
- Maintaining store displays and restocking shelves
- Answering calls and providing professional phone support
- Working collaboratively with team members to create a welcoming store environment
You’ll play a key role in ensuring customers have a seamless and satisfying shopping experience.
