Job Requirements
To thrive in this role, you should bring:
- Previous experience in hospitality or working in a café environment
- Excellent barista skills and confidence in preparing a variety of drinks
- A warm, friendly personality and strong customer service abilities
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
- Availability to work across the week, especially during the hours of 10am to 6:30pm
Responsibilities
As a key member of the café team, your duties will include:
- Preparing and serving food and beverages to a high standard
- Delivering exceptional barista services with a smile
- Supporting catering needs for resident events and village functions
- Handling cash and performing daily reconciliations
- Collaborating with the Chef Manager, Café Supervisor, and the wider village team to ensure a consistently high-quality café experience
