Job Requirements

To be considered for the Branch Manager role, you should have:

Proven leadership experience in a retail environment
A strong background in sales and customer engagement
Ability to manage end-to-end sales processes, including invoicing and order tracking
Passion for delivering an exceptional in-store experience
Excellent communication, coaching, and team development skills
Confidence in handling administrative tasks and meeting performance goals
Prior experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or team leader in a customer-facing retail setting

Responsibilities

Oversee the full sales cycle—from customer interaction to payment and delivery coordination
Lead the store team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
Drive performance by creating a positive, high-energy team culture
Deliver individual sales results while supporting the success of the entire branch
Train, mentor, and support staff to follow store policies and deliver excellent customer service
Monitor daily operations, sales tracking, and follow-ups to ensure smooth workflow
Uphold the brand’s values and maintain a professional in-store atmosphere
