Job Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting is mandatory. We will not consider applications from individuals without this educational background.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory accounts payable role, preferably in a star-rated hotel environment.
  • Strong proficiency in financial software and advanced computer applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing and overseeing invoice processing, vendor payments, and account reconciliations.
  • Ensuring accuracy and timeliness in AP transactions and month-end financial closings.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with vendors, addressing and resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Monitoring accounts payable aging reports and ensuring effective cash flow management.
  • Training and guiding the AP team to enhance overall efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborating with Finance and other departments to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company policies.
