Job Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting is mandatory. We will not consider applications from individuals without this educational background.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory accounts payable role, preferably in a star-rated hotel environment.
- Strong proficiency in financial software and advanced computer applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of ISO standards and compliance protocols.
- High standards of professional appearance and conduct, suitable for a luxury hotel brand.
- Proven ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.

Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing and overseeing invoice processing, vendor payments, and account reconciliations.
- Ensuring accuracy and timeliness in AP transactions and month-end financial closings.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with vendors, addressing and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Monitoring accounts payable aging reports and ensuring effective cash flow management.
- Training and guiding the AP team to enhance overall efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborating with Finance and other departments to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company policies.
